Contemporary abstract blended with landscapes and seascapes.
-
My art style invites exploration of what may be created in the form of movement, enhanced by colour and imagination. There is always a surprise waiting to be discovered.
-
My art is for lovers of colour, form and the playful illusions they can create. My works are for those who delight in being transported into movement, depth and emotion on canvas. My art is for any space in the home, office, or places where people enjoy gathering.
-
I create abstract, process-led acrylic paintings.
-
My work is informed by attentiveness to light, weather and shifting conditions, and develops through a studio-led process that allows each painting to evolve naturally.
-
My paintings are for those drawn to subtle, contemporary work that reveals itself gradually. They are suited to private homes and thoughtfully designed spaces, where the work can be lived with over time.
-
Essentially impressionist.
-
Life's adventures! Whether I am travelling overseas seeing new sites, meandering through local gardens, or swimming at my favourite beaches along the coast, my art is inspired by how I interact within a space.
-
My art is intended to grace an interior space. Whether the space is a home, an apartment, or a corporate foyer, my art can illuminate a physical environment, transforming it into a welcoming area and providing a focal point.
-
Contemporary abstract.
-
Nature, music and dreams.

Urban and modern audience - my art looks best on white walls with a lot of light.
-
A blend of abstract and impressionism.
-
Landscapes and seascapes.
-
My work resonates with those who feel more than they can explain and value intuition, story and atmosphere! My artwork is designed to be a talking point and for rooms that involve socialising - the dining room, sitting rooms and the library. Also in settings where we explore the depths of our emotions - wellness retreats and psychology clinics.
-
Modern contemporary.
-
The Australian bush and its flora and fauna.
-
People who love and support the biodiversity of beautiful Australia.
-
My bird artwork is usually realistic, my landscapes and seascapes are semi-abstract, and my overall approach is impressionistic.
-
I spend a lot of time outdoors and I am a passionate amateur bird photographer, so my bird paintings are always from my own photographs. I have travelled extensively in the wonderful outback and so my landscapes are often our beautiful red and blue colours. I live near the beach in Noosa so my seascapes are all inspired by this beautiful area. And of course my New Zealand landscapes are full of the wonderful cloud formations, the mountains, and the beautiful lakes and streams near my second home in Queenstown.
-
I love to think people have my artwork on their walls to either remind them of a place they have visited, a place they love, or a bird or animal which makes them smile. My small works would look lovely in any position in the house, and my large landscapes and seascapes are statement pieces which would look great on any large wall. My collectors are all age groups and are in Australia, New Zealand and overseas. I paint only what inspires me and my hope is that people who love art, and enjoy beauty and harmony, will find my art just right for that special place in their cherished home.
-
Mixed media pop art.
-
Nostalgia, memory, the spaces and objects around me, pop culture and music.
-
I make the pieces for me first, it's therapy in a way, and just hope others like them.
-
I consider myself a contemporary realist botanic artist.
-
I am inspired by Western Australia’s fabulous flora and I live near a forest and I only plant native plants in my garden. The potential subjects are all around me.
My “Women in the landscape” series is inspired by my youngest daughter who lived on an isolated station. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and she was not alone in her efforts to travel to the city for treatment while supporting her family. I want to represent these women in a quiet landscape, even though we don’t know what struggles they face.
Nostalgia gets me painting my still lifes. Lollies invoke memories, from childhood, to special celebrations, to moments shared alone or with loved ones.
-
My paintings are directed to those that love the same things as I do, Australian native wildflowers. I hope to remind them of times in their lives when they have found the beauty in this world. And colour, this world needs to be filled with colour.
-
It is a unique mix of traditional still life and pop art.
-
I am fascinated by our materialistic world, pop culture and iconic brands, but within this realm I am fascinated by the stories behind the seemingly insignificant subjects that surround us in our day-to-day lives.
-
Your walls! Anyones walls! The rebels and the lovers, the party animals and the nostalgic. I have been fortunate to meet collectors from many backgrounds. My work will sit well on vibrant walls, but will equally bring life to the dullest of walls. I truly believe that I offer something for everyone, new collectors and experienced kids who've been around the block a while. It's about connection.
-
I usually paint in a realistic style.
-
I draw inspiration from my surroundings which can include landscapes, still life and urban street scenes.
My more serious, not-for-sale work is focused on bearing witness for posterity. I particularly like documenting the rapid climatic changes occurring as a result of the Anthropocene and the recent wars reshaping our world. A comprehensive list of my paintings can be viewed on Instagram @art_by_farzana
-
My artwork is intended for viewers of all ages who see beauty in ordinary things and have an aesthetic eye for quality art. Since I have a varied selection of paintings on offer, viewers are sure to find something that will suit any space.
-
Fun festive blooms and tablescapes.
-
Things around my home, charity stores and nature.
-
Colour lovers who want to decorate any wall in any room.
-
My work sits between careful observation and subtle abstraction.
-
I am inspired by paying close attention to everyday surroundings - gardens, local landscapes, domestic interiors and familiar objects. I am fascinated by how light moves across surfaces and how shadows define space. For me, observation is a way of recognising the quiet magic that still exists in modern life. Painting becomes an act of slowing down and noticing what is already there.
-
My work is for collectors who value atmosphere, depth and a strong sense of place. It appeals to those who enjoy living with art that reveals itself gradually through light, colour and texture. The paintings sit comfortably in calm, considered interiors - living rooms, bedrooms and studies where they can be revisited and experienced over time.
-
Contemporary expressionism.
-
Music, the environment and life experiences.
-
It’s most suited to modern homes with lots of plain wall space. It’s contemporary in style, so those who love abstract art will love my works.
-
Expressive abstraction and abstract realism.
-
My works are inspired by life’s triumphs and trials, the tones and textures found in nature, lyrics and literature that move my soul, stories of justice and truth, of courage in the face of oppression, and finding unconventional beauty in human imperfection.
-
I imagine my art in the hands and homes of passionate souls. Lovers of visual storytelling and emotive artwork. Those who look to art to feel something. To be moved, stirred, or even comforted. Collectors who seek the story behind each unique piece. And those who appreciate the therapeutic value of artistic expression.
-
Expressive abstraction.

I’m inspired by the Australian landscape, the energy of people and places around me, and the emotional currents of everyday life.
-
My art is for anyone seeking a sense of calm, energy, or connection in their home or workspace. It’s perfect for living areas, bedrooms, studios—anywhere that needs a touch of beauty and soul.
-
My work is predominantly semi-abstract landscape.
-
I am deeply influenced by the bush and coastline of Aotearoa, New Zealand, as well as the restorative experience of time spent in nature.
Concepts such as forest bathing, contemplation and healing underpin my practice. My work is also shaped by process art and a belief in creativity as a tool for wellbeing and connection.
-
My artwork is for those seeking a sense of calm, reflection and emotional connection in their spaces. It is suited to homes, studios, wellness environments and thoughtfully designed interiors, offering moments of pause, grounding and a connection with nature.
-
Modern abstraction.
-
Everyday moments, the play of light, colour and perspective.
-
Anyone who feels drawn to it.
-
Contemporary floral impressionism.
-
I draw inspiration from the vast variety of colours and textures I have experienced in India. I combine that with the resilience of Australian native flora and express the combination in cheerful floral arrangements.
-
My art is for:
Walls that need rescuing from beige boredom.
Spaces where abundance, femininity and celebration are welcome, and resilience is appreciated.
Viewers who want art to feel like a mood-lifter, not a rule-follower.
-
Abstract expressionism.
-
I am inspired by nature, light and especially by moments of beauty which are happening all around us, every single day, constantly.
-
I love to create large artworks which are suitable for any large open space such as living rooms, foyers, office spaces and hallways.
-
Expressive impressions - a blend of realism and abstraction.
-
Inspiration arrives in many ways - life experience, the joy of seeing flora and fauna and finding a story to tell with paint.
-
My watercolours find their forever homes in both homes and workplaces, sometimes to add some expressive and vivid colour to the walls, and most often because the story resonates with the collector.
-
Contemporary landscapes that blend abstraction and realism.
-
I draw from storm light, memory and the way weather alters the emotional space of a landscape.
-
My work is for collectors drawn to mood, stillness and contemporary minimalism. These paintings sit naturally in calm, reflective spaces — living areas, bedrooms and architectural interiors where atmosphere and light can set the tone.
-
Abstract landscapes and florals.
-
I am constantly inspired by nature - the rising sun, the soft floating clouds, the deep blue sea that reaches as far as the horizon, and the earthy colours of the land that surrounds the ocean.
-
My works are best suited to large feature positions within the home. My pieces bring calm and tranquility and evoke interest and intrigue, and always have a deep meaning behind them.
-
A mix of abstract and impressionism.
-
The Australian land, its vibrant colours, misty backgrounds, wild seas and peaceful forests are a source of joy and inspiration for my works. The flora and fauna also appear in whimsical still life and floral paintings.
-
A wide variety of collectors and art lovers have found a connection to my interpretations of the country, its beauty and colour. It is amazing to see my artworks displayed in homes and treasured by their purchasers.
-
A contemporary blend of expressionism and impressionism.
-
I am inspired by early and current impressionists (Streeton, Whisson etc.), and other artists that lean into a simpler style, like David Hockney.
-
I’m aiming for an audience that isn't looking for realism. I imagine my works would suit a lounge or dining room, where the time spent there would be enough to take in the works.
-
A fusion of realism and abstraction.
-
Inspired by street art energy, everyday environments, movement, nostalgia and the emotional use of colour.
-
My work is created for design-aware collectors who value atmosphere, movement and emotion, and who want art that brings warmth, colour and personality into lived-in spaces.
-
My style is loose and fun. As I used to be a print illustrator, my work is very varied. I like painting people, still live, plants, anything. I do have crazes, so for the last year or so I have been fascinated by painting fish and using different compositions and patterns to create.
-
I am influenced by pop art, especially artists such as Peter Blake, Martin Sharp and Richard Lindner, and I'm finding the rediscovery of women artists, like Pauline Boty and Alice Neel thrilling and inspirational. I'm not that interested in straight, realistic representation, I like quirks and personality in art and that's what I really strive for.
-
I imagine the sort of people that like my work would be collectors of artists that are not that well known....yet. They buy what they like. Maybe they scour secondhand shops or art school final shows looking for something different that speaks to them or amuses in some way. I think they probably live in an inner city area. Maybe somewhere small, a compact but interesting apartment full of trinkets and objects - as most of my pictures are small works and that seems a good fit!
-
Contemporary expressionism and realism of landscapes, seascapes and cloudscapes.
-
Each artwork inspires me to capture not just what I see when I behold nature’s glory, but what I feel: that beautiful tension between knowing we can never fully comprehend such wonder, yet being unable to stop ourselves from seeking and aspiring to understand the mystery and majesty of it all.
-
These paintings are an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember that beauty and peace still exist amid the busyness. They're my visual prayers for anyone seeking that same moment of stillness and reflection.
-
Contemporary Australian expressionist landscapes.
-
I am inspired by the Australian landscape and the emotional response it creates, particularly remote and regional environments. Light, colour, memory and time spent in nature inform the mood and energy of each work.
-
My artwork is for people who feel a strong connection to nature and seek calm, reflective pieces within their home or workspace. It is suited to living areas, bedrooms, studios and wellbeing spaces where a sense of grounding and connection is valued.
-
Abstract expressionism and modern botanical art.
-
Primarily the natural world—floral forms, garden landscapes, shifting seasons and the organic shapes found in plants and foliage. I am also influenced by colour psychology.
-
My artwork is created for people who want to bring colour, vibrancy and a sense of joy into their space. My works are best suited to bedrooms needing warmth and vibrancy, hallways and entryways that benefit from a statement piece, as well as modern, minimalist and eclectic interiors that welcome a burst of colour.
-
I’m a contemporary impressionist palette knife artist.
-
The moments forgotten that we often take for granted that occur organically within the land, sea and sky.
-
Everyone and everywhere! Anyone that needs reminding of the wonder and beauty to be found in a world that’s sometimes too loud and overwhelming. Those in need of encouragement, reflection, inspiration and hope. My pieces have found homes in hundreds of residential houses and apartment complexes, commercial businesses, hospitals, professional practices, and even schools!
-
Contemporary figurative drawing and painting.
-
Inspiration comes from travel and the people I meet.
-
Intended for people who appreciate original art, likely 35+ who are decorating their homes or offices.
-
Surreal and whimsical.
-
My main inspiration is emotional and I paint to express how I feel, but also emotional, spiritual and relationship themes that are universal.
-
I always say my art is for the curious and those that like to explore life’s deeper meanings.
-
I work in an expressive abstract style.
-
I draw from the natural world, interpreting it through atmospheric memory and emotional response, rather than direct observation. I'm drawn to everyday moments and quiet details that often go unnoticed - the way light falls, shadows shift, forms emerge. Whether it's landscapes, florals, or organic shapes, my inspiration comes from places and moments both real and imagined, filtered through feeling and intuition, rather than literal documentation.
-
I create for people looking to bring calm, contemplative and beauty into their homes or workspaces. My work suits anyone who appreciates nature-inspired art but wants something more interpretive and abstract. It's perfect for creating peaceful, reflective spaces where viewers can pause and find their own connection to the work - whether that's a living room, bedroom, office, or any space needing a sense of tranquility and visual interest.
-
Contemporary realism with a touch of whimsy.
-
Always light — the way it hits a form, the drama it creates, the stories it tells. I don’t consciously set out to paint emotions, but they always seem to creep in anyway, which is something I’ve come to embrace.
-
If I'm totally honest my artwork is for me so it's always a huge thrill when it resonates with someone else. My collector base is made up of people who have an emotional bond to the work, so wherever they place it is ok with me.
-
Geometric abstraction.
-
My inspirations are feminism and nature.
-
My work is intended for anyone who likes it and for anyone who doesn't, if it at least makes them think.
-
A mix of abstract and semi-abstract.
-
Most of my inspiration comes from my imagination, but subconsciously my environment plays a large part too.
-
My work appeals to all ages. I recently found out that a work I had on display in a local exhibition was the favourite for a group of after-school art students. Adults are often drawn to my vibrant colours and my natural sense of colour. My artworks are hanging in many homes and are appreciated by their owners.
