Interested in purchasing an artwork from Ground Zero?
Fantastic! Ground Zero has incredible works from incredible artists and charges 0% commission, meaning every dollar you pay goes directly to the artist themselves. And really, isn’t that the way it should be!
If you’re interested in a particular work of art, simply hit the Enquire/Buy button below the work, or fill out the contact form on the relevant artist’s page, and I’ll be in touch within 48 hours to guide you through the next steps.
In the meantime, check out the FAQs below.
FAQs
-
Clicking a Buy button will either direct to the artist’s website, where you can purchase the artwork directly with them, or generate an enquiry email form for you to fill out and send. These enquiry emails allow you to contact me directly for the artist’s preferred payment method and direct contact details.

Most artists take direct bank transfers, PayPal payments and credit card payment via their websites.
-
This is highly dependent on the artist themselves and information related to this is included on each artist’s page. Cost also varies from artist to artist, however many do offer free shipping within Australia.
-
Again, this varies artist to artist and, if this information is not included on their page, you can make this enquiry directly with me, or with the artist whose work you’re interested in purchasing.
-
Because artists are personally responsible for the payment and shipment of their works, they are also responsible for determining their returns policies. More information about returns can be found on the artists’s page, or can be provided by the artist directly through their website.
-
If you have not heard back from the artist whose work you’re interested in, please reach out to me directly at bernadette.sanfilippo@outlook.com and I will endeavour to reach out to them for you.

You can, definitely. Many of the works featured on Ground Zero appear on other digital platforms and galleries. Many of these galleries however charge very high commissions to artists, typically over 30%, and thereby artists never receive their sales in full. Ground Zero on the other hand only charges artists a small monthly subscription fee, ensuring they get the full amount of their sales, every time.

Ground Zero Gallery strives to ensure that artists are paid for their work in full and are not robbed by having to pay high gallery commission charges.
It can be incredibly difficult to make a living as an artist, so Ground Zero’s purpose is to ensure artists make real monetary profit and are financially rewarded for their skill, time, labour and materials, every time!
