I use Pack’n’Send and sometimes Auspost to ship within Australia.

I usually send my works out within 2/3 days of their sale.

I do not offer framing for original oil works but do have framing options available for prints on my website.

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on original works of art or prints simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside and send the images to me within 7 days at, lambi_karalee@bigpond.com

Originals that are damaged during transit will either be repaired or replaced with a commissioned piece of equivalent value.

Due to shipping costs, returns are not available for international orders.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
