"Don’t Go Changing" from my growing ‘Motherhood’ collection is one which captures a sacred moment, the stillness and escapism when you close the bathroom door.
The navy blue tiles contrast strongly to the pinks of the bottles in the foreground.
This is another fabulous piece and is framed professionally in a white frame. This piece is ready to display and will suit any room in the house.

A standout piece from the “Argh! What A Mess!” collection.
ONE OF A KIND.
Statement piece.
This painting tells an honest and relatable story of modern life, life as a parent.
Waking up to screaming children, the dishes still on the sink from the night before and vegemite on toast seems the best option for breakfast. It is easy, and it’s the least sticky.
I capture the scene with bold brushstrokes and refine things with details throughout the entire painting. The stacks of dishes will have you revisiting reflections and shadows. The oven is created with layers of paint to capture the movement of light in the room.
Though this scene is one that often causes stress and anxieties in most households, this work will do quite the opposite.
The painting has been professionally framed in a black and silver floating frame. The frame compliments the work, picking up on some of the deeper tones in the piece.

Though the laundry often brings great fear to most mothers (and fathers).
This colourful pile of washing is a still life that is absolutely loaded full of joy.
Loaded with paint, but with a super smooth touch finish. This piece is filled with beautifully balanced contrasting colours and textures.

“Feeling A Little Washed Up”, a play on words, this painting is a new acrylic painting from my growing ‘Motherhood’ collection.
I capture a mundane everyday scene from my own life, one which is widely relatable to other mothers. A sink filled with dishes, but from my own perspective, I paint a vibrant scene of shapes, light and textures.
The intricate details in the bubbles to the smooth bold colours of the children’s plates and bowls in the sink, our world though at times can seem dull, is represented here in a positive light.
Framed professionally in a black frame, this painting is a gorgeous representation of the modern world and our everyday life.

Floral, Lace, Linen Or Formal? Until I had two little girls I thought this was just a drama we faced in our teens and twentys.
Well, I was mistaken.
This is a scene left in my two year old’s room. I thought it was apt that "Goodbye" had been written on the Etch-A-Sketch beside the clothes.
It is certainly something I have repeated multiple times after leaving my daughter standing in her room, still having not chosen a dress.
This is a very vibrant painting with lots of fun patterns and textures, it will stand out in any room. It will add colour to a white wall or clash beautifully against a coloured wall.
It’s all bout fun.

A day out with family and friends, because sometimes you don’t have time for cooking and sometimes is just nice to escape the dishes.
At first this painting seems a simple idea, but as you look closely you get lost in the transparency of the pint glasses, but not forgetting to notice the soft reflections on the dinner plate and the detail in the chips.
Its an eye catching piece and offers something new at every glance.
This piece packs a real punch, but in its neutral tones it will sit well on any wall. Well suited to dining areas or even your local bar.

“A Moment Alone” at the Fremantle Art Centre, it was a rare opportunity to visit Fremantle.
For a mum in her early years of parenting, it is a treat to have a weekend away from her children, loveable as they are, it is important that we do take time for ourselves.
I have captured the stillness of the Art Centre gardens. The reference photo for this piece was captured during November, with the lush green trees contrasting to the vibrant orange seats that scatter the lawns.
This painting is a perfect fit for that narrow wall. It is framed in oak and ready to hang.

It seems like a good idea, sitting your children down to read quietly.
Things are calm and peaceful, then before you know it, bang, bang, one book then another falls to the floor.
The result is anger, tears and this scene.
The magical garden, through the window is a dreamlike escape, somewhere peaceful for mum to rest her eyes.
There is something new to see at every glance, a detailed painting full of beauty and joy.
This painting is finished with a timber floating frame.

Oh The Stories They Could Tell is a vibrant acrylic painting that captures the iconic RM Williams boots.
These boots belong to my partner and they were around before me. They have travelled, worked hard, and indeed they have hit the town as well. For the last few years they have sat at our back door, in between home renovations. But they make me smile, they belong to the men in our lives, the fathers of our children.
Like all my works, I painted the boots as they sat in front of me, studying the boots with my eyes and translating them into expressive layers of paint.
The painting has a smooth finish, but is rich in colour. The iconic boots will certainly making a statement on your walls.
The sides are painted and the work is ready to hang.

An original painting from the "Argh! What A Mess" collection, a tale of motherhood.
A holiday is not a holiday when you take young children with you. The final night of the getaway, with children filled with emotions and exhausted parents, takeaway food was the only option.
This painting depicts an everyday scene, an honest work that pays attention to detail. With many layers of paint, this artwork has a smooth texture and is finished with a gloss varnish.
It will suit any living space, but with a "foodie" theme it will sit well in a dining or kitchen space.

This piece depicts a very honest story of life as a parent of young children. Tired days and general exhaustion.
You look up and see before you that the floor is littered with ‘junk’, but the reality is so much further from this.
This painting captures the joy that was had by the children.
Though what at first appears a very tough time in the journey of motherhood, it is important that we as parents/guardians find the time to stop and feel that joy, to see the beauty in the moments that can too often overwhelm us.
This painting is vibrant, nostalgic and a fun look into parenthood. It will add a talking point to any room.
