Purchasing from Rachael Atwell:
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30 for small to medium artworks. Larger or custom-sized pieces may require a tailored quote based on size and destination.
International shipping is available worldwide and costs are calculated individually depending on the destination, size and weight of the artwork. Please contact me via my website for an exact quote before purchasing.
I primarily use Australia Post for most domestic deliveries and Pack & Send or DHL Express for larger or international shipments. All parcels include tracking and signature upon delivery. All artworks are securely packaged with protective layers to ensure safe delivery.
Ready-to-ship artworks are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Most artworks are sold unframed to allow flexibility in choice of frame and to make shipping more cost-effective. Framing can be arranged on request for an additional cost. Please note that this may extend processing and delivery times. Cost is negotiated at time of request. Please contact me via my website for more information.
All sales are final, so please choose carefully. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery via my website, with photographs of the damage, so I can work with the courier to resolve the issue.
